Cigar Bars
Cigar bars are exempt from the smoke-free law. In order to qualify as a cigar bar you must meet the following criteria:
- Be considered a a tavern (Class B liquor license holder)
- Generate 15% or more of annual gross income from the ONSITE sale of tobacco (not including vending machines)
- Be an existing cigar bar as of June 2009
Cigarette smoking is not permitted within tobacco or cigar bars.
