Wisconsin went Smoke-Free on July 5th, 2010
Wisconsin joined 28 other states that have strong smoke-free law. Hopefully going smoke-free has been a positive change for your business. Hopefully with the smoke clearing, your health is improving and some of your regulars have returned.
You may have heard rumors about smoking rooms. As always we do not recommend building structures for smoking. These structures may later be deemed non-compliant. You might not see a strong return on invest in the construction of smoking shelters. Remember after people adjust to the law they might not utilize costly structures.
